There isn't a formation as to what is Web 2.0 and what isn't. This makes categorising blogs clumsy. If a web log is roughly speaking good ear-shaped niche effects: is it roughly speaking Web 2.0? If a journal is active new start-ups: is it going on for Web 2.0? If a diary is going on for Ruby development: is it astir Web 2.0?
